Wolfs RC has been monitoring the development of shopping centres in various Central European countries and the Benelux for a number of clients (including the Dutch retail giant Ahold).

We have had shared or sole responsibility for driving the development of more than 15 shopping centres, from the drafting of the initial plans to the opening ceremony. This experience has allowed us to built up wide-ranging expertise, covering such matters as:
